Climate Engineering. Centennial Controls. Two separate companies operating in an expanding central Colorado market sought to join forces under a shared mission and combine their distinctive capabilities to provide commercial customers with better results through collaboration. The company leadership was referred to the S+T team to develop a shared framework that coordinated logos and tag line with their joint mission, vision, and values positions.
Once the behind the scenes work was accomplished – researching each company, interviewing personnel, analyzing company cultures – the S+T team was able to build out a dynamic new website, sales promotion, and presentation materials highlighting the advantages of collaboration and sharing services. A convincing story was told to both internal and external audiences with buy-in based on the promise of enhanced and more cost effective customer services and streamlined attention.
