Graphic/Web/UX Designer with Front-End Development Skills

The Role

We’re looking for a creative designer with front-end development skills to join our web team. You’ll design and build compelling websites, digital graphics and campaigns.The ideal candidate has a flair for creative design with an understanding of user experience. Designers will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead on new innovations and projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites from concept through launch
  • Collaborate with our development team (including PHP developers) to bring designs to life
  • Create intuitive interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and prioritize accessibility
  • Present design concepts to clients and refine based on feedback
  • Build and maintain website frontends using modern CSS and HTML
  • Stay current on web design trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Take initiative on new innovations and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 1-4 years of experience in web/graphic design or related field
  • Strong proficiency in HTML & CSS
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma (or other modern tools)
  • WordPress usage experience
  • General knowledge of JavaScript a plus
  • Familiarity with PHP for templates
  • Object-oriented programming experience
  • Experience working with diverse B2B and B2C clients
  • Portfolio demonstrating your design work (helpful for application)
